Bethany Meadows is one of the area’s newest senior living communities, open since 2003 and located on 154 acres east of Brandon, South Dakota. We offer the serenity of the countryside with the convenience of only a short drive to the healthcare facilities and professional services of Brandon and Sioux Falls.

Our campus offers 56 apartments licensed for independent or assisted living, 10 apartments dedicated to the care of patients with Alzheimer’s or dementia, and private, maintenance-free Garden Homes. A skilled nursing facility is in the future plans for our campus.

The community itself is beautiful—sunny, large windows, inviting gathering spaces all on one floor for easy access. A large selection of spacious apartments clustered in “neighborhoods” surround a glass-enclosed courtyard that is the centerpiece of the community. Many comfortable and inviting community areas are available for socializing and entertaining, including:
